Can I really just do one area — or will I be pushed into more?
You can absolutely do just one area, and you won’t be pushed. A single arm lift or thigh lift is a complete, valid decision on its own — in fact it’s the most common way women start with us. If you ever want to address another area later, that’s your choice to make, on your timeline, not ours.
Can diet, exercise or creams firm up loose arm or thigh skin?
Honestly, no — and no one should tell you otherwise. Once skin has been stretched past its elastic limit, it can’t retract on its own, no matter how many arm workouts, squats, creams or protein targets you try. It’s biology, not effort. Surgically removing the excess skin is the mechanism that actually addresses it.
Where exactly is the scar — and is it permanent?
Yes, there’s a scar, and it’s permanent. An arm-lift scar runs along the inner arm; a thigh-lift scar along the inner thigh. We place them as discreetly as the anatomy allows and they fade and flatten over many months — but they don’t disappear. We’re candid about exactly where yours would sit, because the scar is the honest trade for the loose skin coming off.
How much recovery is there for just one area?
A single arm or thigh lift is lighter than a full body lift, but it’s still real surgery. Expect the first one to two weeks to be the most restricted, with a compression garment and some arranged help at home, then a gradual return over the following weeks. These are typical ranges, individual to you, and never guaranteed — and we’ll never borrow the “back to normal in a weekend” language you see elsewhere.
I lost the weight on a GLP-1 — does that matter?
Only in that it’s the journey that brought you here. This isn’t about the medication — we make no claims about any weight-loss drug, and we don’t prescribe or promise weight loss. We simply address the loose skin the weight loss left behind, in the one area that bothers you. The one thing that matters clinically is that your weight is settled before surgery.
What if I’m still losing weight, or only recently hit my goal?
Then the honest recommendation is often to wait. The best, longest-lasting result comes once your weight has been stable for around six months, because further loss (or regain) can change the very result we’d be shaping. If you’re not quite there, we’ll tell you warmly — and be here when you are.
How much is it — and is any of it covered?
An arm lift or thigh lift is a cosmetic procedure, so it’s paid in cash — which is exactly why a single area is kept small and manageable, from about $89/month on a soft-check plan. There is one honest exception, and it’s a different area: a hanging apron of skin over the abdomen that causes recurring rashes or infections can be a medically-necessary panniculectomy, which may be covered — always depending on your plan, documented symptoms and prior authorisation, never “approved” up front. We’ll point you to it honestly and never blur it with your cosmetic one-area lift.
Is one area really “worth it”?
Only you can decide that — but the women who choose it tell us the one area was the thing quietly holding them back from feeling finished. There’s no rule that says you have to be bothered by your whole body to deserve to sort out one part. If it matters to you, it’s worth an honest conversation.
How do I know if I’m even a candidate?
Start with the warm 60-second check above — it reads which single area is on your mind, where you are in your journey, and gives a personalized read, in about a minute. It isn’t a diagnosis. A board-certified surgeon confirms candidacy for your one area at your complimentary consult.
